Hi, I’m Jennipher Walters.
Let’s create some magic together.
I have more than a decade of experience in online content creation, social media marketing, and speaking, with specific expertise in wellness, body image, food, and wine.
Writing / Books
With an M.A. in health journalism, certifications in personal training and health coaching, and WSET-2 with distinction, I’ve created content about a variety of lifestyle topics, including body image, workouts, recipes, and wine for Fit Bottomed Girls, SOMM TV Online Magazine, Forbes Health, Shape magazine, and HuffPost. I’ve also penned the books: A Teen Girl’s Guide to Fitness and The Fit Bottomed Girls’ Anti-Diet.
Events / Media
I’ve presented to audiences large and small in a variety of settings both online and in real life, including: motivational speaking at retreats, satellite media tours, interviews on NPR, live TV segments, promotional event appearances, fireside chats, appearing in videos on health-related apps, leading group workouts, and co-hosting The Fit Bottomed Girls’ Podcast.
Branding / Consulting
As the co-founder of Fit Bottomed Girls, I’ve collaborated, consulted for, and/or created online and social media campaigns for a variety of top-notch companies and brands, including: Brooks Running, Cigna, Neutrogena, Asics, Planters, Easy Spirit, and more. With my WSET-2 certification, I’ve also worked with ThoughtfulThreadsCo. for wine selection at events and help people find their new favorite bottle either on Instagram or in the shop at Underdog Wine Co.
I’m probably best known as “FBG Jenn” for my work in co-creating the online presence and body-positive phenomenon that is Fit Bottomed Girls, which has been named a top health and fitness blog year after year by various sites and has expanded into a book, a podcast, and other endeavors (including wine education!).
Simply put, I love creating expressive content that spreads positivity and makes a difference — whether that’s promoting wellness, self-care, equal rights, or helping someone find their ah-ha wine.
When I’m not online, I practice what I preach. I design workouts and sweat in my garage gym (even in winter, seriously!), I explore the wide world of wine sip by mindful sip, and I can make a mean kale salad, usually followed by brownies.
Despite being obsessed with Paso Robles, Cali. wine country, I proudly call Kansas City, Mo., home. There’s no other place my husband and I could imagine raising our three (incredibly energetic) daughters in.
I’m also a big fan of puppies, coffee, tennis, impromptu dance parties, finding the perfect wine + music pairing, and meditating in the pick-up line.
